In terms of purpose, the present study is a descriptive-correlational study that was conducted using the Moral Competence Questionnaire by Lennick and Keel (2005) and the Adult Couple Attachment Scale by Hazen and Shaver (1987). The statistical population of the study included all female teachers in Gorgan, 200 people, and the research sample was 170 people. In order to analyze the data at the descriptive level, central indices and frequency and percentage tables for demographic variables were used and to determine the normality of the data, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov single-sample test was used. In the inferential section, the research hypotheses were analyzed and examined using statistical tests (Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate regression analysis). The findings showed that the amount of moral competence increases with the increase of these factors. The negative coefficient of avoidant insecure attachment and ambivalent insecure attachment indicates that as these factors increase, the amount of moral competence decreases. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی پیش بینی شایستگی اخلاقی بر اساس دلبستگی زناشویی معلمان شهر گرگان بود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف جزء پژوهش‌های توصیفی -همبستگی می‌باشد که با استفاده از پرسشنامه صلاحیت اخلاقی توسط لنیک و کیل (2005)، مقیاس دلبستگی زوجین بزرگسالان هازن و شیور (1987) اجرا شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی معلمان زن شهر گرگان به تعداد200 نفراست و نمونه پژوهش بصورت در دسترس به تعداد 170 نفر بودند. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در سطح توصیفی از شاخص‌های مرکزی و جدول فراوانی و درصد برای متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی و جهت تعیین نرمال بودن داده‌ها از آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف تک نمونه‌ای استفاده شد و در بخش استنباطی نیز به تحلیل و بررسی فرضیه های پژوهشی با استفاده از آزمون آماری (ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیره) پرداخته شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد با افزایش این عوامل مقدار شایستگی اخلاقی افزایش می یابد. ضریب منفی دلبستگی ناایمن اجتنابی و دلبستگی ناایمن دوسوگرا بیانگر این مطلب است که با افزایش این عوامل مقدار شایستگی اخلاقی کاهش می یابد. /downloadfilepdf/15753
