Accordingly, the present study aims to examine the educational and ethical factors in university sports sciences. It should be noted that ethical and educational principles are essential in every field, and the challenges facing sports sciences must be identified and addressed. Awareness of global and local issues over the past two decades, on the one hand, and financial resource constraints, on the other, have led to structural changes in university sports systems worldwide. This study first examines these factors. In the next step, the relationships between these dimensions and the indicators of sports sciences are identified and analyzed in an integrated manner. Among the most important indicators of professional ethics in general physical education instructors are the use of appropriate and standardized skill-based exercises and tests; preventing student disengagement and fostering their interest in sports activities; avoiding inappropriate jokes and humor; applying relative assessment in evaluating students’ skill performance; and demonstrating humility while refraining from arrogance and self-superiority. امور تربیتی، ﺳﺎزه‌ای ﻣﻬﻢ در علوم ورزشی اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻦ ﺑﻪ آن از ﺿﺮورتﻫـﺎی ﻧﻈـﺎم آﻣـﻮزش ﻋـﺎﻟﯽ در ﮐﺸﻮرﻣﺤـﺴﻮب ﻣـﯽﺷـﻮد. ﺑﺮاﯾﻦاﺳﺎس ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ بررسی عامل های تربیتی و اخلاقی و تربیتی درعلوم ورزشی دانشگاهی ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ داﺷﺖ ﮐﻪ اصول اهلاقی و تربیتی در هر زمینه‌ای از موارد ضروری می‌باشد و ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎی ﭘـﯿﺶ روی علوم ورزشی را ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ و آﻧﻬﺎ را ﺑﺮﻃﺮف ﮐﺮد. آشنایی با مشکلات جهانی و ﻣﺤﻠـﯽ در دو دﻫـﻪ اﺧﯿـﺮ از ﯾـﮏ ﺳـﻮ و ﻣﺤﺪودﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻣـﺎﻟﯽ از ﻃـﺮف دﯾﮕـﺮ ﺑـﻪ ﺗﻐﯿﯿـﺮات ﺳـﺎﺧﺘاری در ﻧﻈﺎمﻫﺎی ورزشی دانشگاهیﺟﻬﺎن ﻣﻨﺠـﺮ ﺷـﺪه اﺳﺖ ابتدا به بررسی این عوامل پرداخته شده است. در ﮔﺎم ﺑﻌﺪ رواﺑﻂ ﺑﯿﻦ این اﺑﻌﺎد و ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی علوم ورزشیﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ و ﺑﻪﺻـﻮرت ﯾﮑﭙﺎرﭼـﻪ ﻣـﻮرد بررسی ﻗـﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘـﻪ اﺳـﺖ. استفاده از تمرینات و آزمون های مهارتی مناسب و استاندارد؛ جلوگیری از دل زدگی دانشجویان و علاقه مند نمودن آنها به ورزش؛ پرهیز از شوخی و طنزهای ناشایست؛ استفاده از ارزشیابی نسبی در مورد عملکرد مهارتی دانشجو؛ و فروتنی و پرهیز از تکبر و خودبرتربینی؛ از مهم ترین شاخص های اخلاق حرفه ای در اساتید تربیت بدنی عمومی است. /downloadfilepdf/18509
